Palm Sunday

Matthew 21-22, Mark 11-12, Luke 19-20, John 12

WORSHIP WITH US SUNDAY, MARCH 28TH@8:15AM

What is Palm Sunday? March 28, 2021

Palm Sunday is the Sunday before Resurrection Sunday, followed after the Passover celebration (which begins Holy Week).

Triumphal Entry Matthew 21:1-11

It is when Yeshua Ha-Mashiach entered into Jeruselum riding on a donkey as the crowd laid their cloaks on the ground waving palm tree branches shouting, "Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord –the King of Israel!" Matthew 21:9

What is the Passover (Pesach) Unleavened Bread? March 27, 2021

"When I See The Blood I Will Pass Over You"

And when your children ask you, ‘What does this ceremony mean to you?’ 27 then tell them, ‘It is the Passover sacrifice to the Lord, who passed over the houses of the Israelites in Egypt and spared our homes when he struck down the Egyptians.’” Then the people bowed down and worshiped. Exodus 12:26-27

What is Holy Week?

Holy Week begins on Palm Sunday (March 28th) and ends on Resurrection Sunday (April 4th). Many biblical prophecies were fulfilled during this time.

  • Jesus entered into Jerusalem on a donkey
  • Jesus Cleaned the Temple Mark 11:17
  • He taught and healed the sick
  • Confronted the conflict with the chief priests and elders
