The Prophetic Experience is inviting purpose-driven businesses, organizations, and service providers to join us on May 28, 2027, at the Crowne Plaza Orlando – Lake Buena Vista. This is more than an opportunity to set up a table. It is an opportunity to introduce your brand, share your services, build meaningful relationships, and connect with guests who value faith, wellness, family, personal development, community advancement, and purposeful living.
We are seeking vendors in areas including:
- Beauty, fashion, jewelry, and accessories
- Books, journals, gifts, and inspirational products
- Health, wellness, fitness, and self-care
- Financial, insurance, legal, and estate-planning services
- Education, coaching, and professional development
- Ministry and faith-based resources
- Real estate and homeownership services
- Community organizations and nonprofit services
- Approved food and specialty products
Early Vendor Registration
$250
Register by January 31, 2027, to receive the discounted early vendor rate. Beginning February 1, 2027, the standard vendor rate will be $250.
Your Vendor Registration Includes
- One six-foot vendor table
- Two chairs
- Admission for one approved vendor representative
- Breakfast reception for the registered representative
- Complimentary event parking
- Access to general sessions when your booth is covered or during designated marketplace closures
- Business name included in the event vendor listing
- Promotional vendor recognition on social media
Additional Representative
An additional vendor representative may be registered for $75. Breakfast is not included and may be purchased separately.
Vendor Policies
Vendor spaces are limited to protect the value and visibility of each participating business. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will receive an approval notice before their participation is finalized.
Vendor registration must be paid in full. Vendor payments are nonrefundable after acceptance because space, materials, and event resources are reserved in advance.
Food vendors and vendors requiring electricity must receive approval from both the event organizer and the hotel. Additional hotel charges may apply.
